PROCESS OF LAND ALLOTMENT
Application for allotment of Land/Shed to be submitted in prescribed format.
Application form for Land allotment in three copies to be submitted along with the following documents.
1. Projects Profile (Three Copies) prepared by Accredited/Approved consultant with information regarding details of item to be produced, land required, Plant & machinery, finance for the project, working capital requirement with layout plan.
2. Personnel Bio-data of entrepreneurs along with three attested photographs and identity proof.
3. Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- (one thousand rupees) for Small Scale Industries , Rs.5000/- (Five thousand rupees) for Medium and Large Scale Industries as processing fee and Rs.2000/- (two thousand rupees) per acre (adjustable) as security money.
- Application Form for Land Allotment can be procured from any of the Regional Offices of BIADA situated at Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga or the BIADA Headquarter and Patna Regional Office situated at Patna on payment of Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) in cash.
- Application Form can also be obtained from "Udyog Mitra" situated at Ground Floor, Indira Bhawan, R.C. Path (West Boring Canal Road), Patna on payment of Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) in cash.
- Application Form can also be downloaded from the website of BIADA (www.biadabihar.in). In case of download of forms, the cost of Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) has to be deposited alongwith requisite processing fee.

Application for land allotment are scrutinized and approved by the Project Clearance Committee (PCC) of BIADA headed by Managing Director in its meeting held at regular intervals.
